Any refund-related queries, product feedback or any other concerns you have can be shared through this portal. You will be assigned a ticket regarding the concern that you raise. You can quote the same ticket number in case you call our helpline number for the same query. At Cert for You, we strive to address and resolve issues in the shortest possible time and in the most seamless way. We aim to deliver the best learning experience and level of service to each and every student.
